Once you approve the final design and we begin the cutting/printing stage, changes are no longer possible without reprinting costs or an extra fee to cover material and production time already used. Of course. You get up to five rounds of revisions included with your quote. This covers tweaks to your chosen design—such as colours, text, layout, and placement—but it doesn’t include switching to a completely new concept or submitting a different design once revisions begin. If you need more changes after five rounds, we’ll quote a small fee based on the time required—but most customers are happy within the first three.

Today’s premium vinyls and inks are highly durable, UV-resistant, and designed to withstand years of outdoor use without fading or peeling. For most standard cutout vinyl graphics, lamination is not necessary and is not included in our standard pricing. Lamination is generally only recommended for full-colour printed graphics, as it adds extra protection against scratches, chemicals, and UV exposure. If you would like your full-colour graphics laminated, we’re happy to provide this service for a small additional fee—just let us know when you order.

We use high-quality vinyl rated to last over 5-8 years. Printed graphics may have a slightly shorter lifespan due to ink exposure, but still offer years of durability.

We apply graphics using a water-based solution to allow precise alignment. Occasionally, tiny bubbles may remain due to small surface imperfections. These naturally disappear after sun exposure and heat. If needed, you can gently press them out with a soft cloth or squeegee. For stubborn bubbles, a fine needle can be used to puncture the vinyl surface—this releases the trapped air, allowing the material to settle flat without affecting the finish.

For vans completed at our temperature-controlled workshop and left overnight, bubble issues are virtually eliminated. The stable environment ensures optimal vinyl adhesion and settling. Our installers conduct a final inspection the following morning before the vehicle is handed over, guaranteeing a flawless finish and complete customer satisfaction.

Yes—please have your van thoroughly cleaned at a car wash before installation, avoiding any wax or polish treatments. We recommend washing your van the night before—just a basic clean with soapy water is perfect. A clean van helps the vinyl bond properly. If your van arrives dirty, we may need to reschedule or charge a cleaning fee to prep the surface.

The day after installation, inspect your van for any lifting edges. If you spot one, just press it down firmly—it’ll reseal on its own. Sometimes, a bit of water from the application process can cause slight lifting if the weather was cold, but it’s nothing to worry about.

If you see a bubble, it’s just trapped air. Try pressing it gently—it often disappears. If it doesn’t, you can pierce it with something very sharp (like a needle), and the air will release instantly.

Important: Avoid washing the van for at least 1 week. After that, you’re good to go—normal washing is fine.

• Park in shade when possible to reduce UV exposure

Once we know your van’s make and model, we’ll send reference images of all four sides, clearly marked to show which panels to measure and where to start.

Just measure the height and width of each graphic area—typically the side panels, rear doors, and bonnet. Use centimetres or inches—whichever works best for you.

After the deposit is received, our designers get to work. This deposit helps protect the time and effort invested during the early stages. Once your design is approved, we request 50% of the total payment, with the remaining balance due on installation day. The £50 deposit is credited toward your final payment.

Yes—we offer volume pricing for multi-van and fleet orders. You’ll receive a £50 reduction on every additional van after the first. This makes it easy and affordable to brand your entire fleet.

One small van: £350, additional small vans: £300 each (e.g. 2 vans = £350 + £300)

One large van: £450, additional large vans: £400 each (e.g. 2 vans = £450 + £400)

Absolutely. Your design file can be reused across multiple vehicles. However, adjustments may be needed depending on the van model. Share the new vehicle specs with us and we’ll ensure your design fits perfectly.

We don’t apply graphics over existing vinyl and we don’t offer removal services, as it’s a labour-intensive process. You can remove the old graphics yourself using a heat gun and gentle technique—there are plenty of YouTube tutorials available to guide you.
